The C8K delivers outstanding brightness, reaching up to 4500 nits at peak HDR and maintaining between 600 and 800 nits in standard full-screen HDR modes. With TCL’s Halo Control System — which includes a high-efficiency LED chip, micro-optical engineering, and a 23-bit backlight controller — the TV ensures deeper blacks, higher contrast, and exceptional image precision.
It also supports a wide color gamut through TCL’s upgraded QLED technology, combining quantum dot elements with advanced color optimization algorithms to cover a broad spectrum, including DCI-P3 and Rec.2020. HDR formats supported include Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG, providing brilliant and lifelike visuals across all types of content.
For gaming, the C8K is packed with features such as a 144 Hz native refresh rate, VRR support (FreeSync Premium Pro and ALLM), and a Game Accelerator mode that can reach up to 288 Hz at 1080p.
