We accept returns for products within 3 days of delivery with notification to the office, however we shall not accept returns beyond that set period . This are the accepted reason for returns.

We accept exchange for televisions only with conditions listed above. In case of others exchange will be processed once we receive the product in question and official email of complain send by the client. Evaluation will be done in 7 days and when found faulty the exchange will be processed in 14-30 days upon receiving the item.
