OVERVIEW
The Realme 9i has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz variable refresh rate, a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and has a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on the latest Snapdragon 680 6nm processor with up to 6GB of RAM + up to 5GB Virtual RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, and is based on Android 11 with realme UI 2.0, which is upgradable to Android 12 with realme UI 3.0.
It has a triple rear camera setup where a 50-megapixel primary camera along with a 2-megapixel B&W portrait sensor, a 2-megapixel sensor for 4cm macro shots, and on the front side has a 16-megapixel punch-hole front-facing-camera. The phone has dedicated dual SIM and microSD card slots, advanced dual stereo speakers, and is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The realme 9i will be available in Blue Quartz & Black Quartz colors.
On the front, you’ll find a punch hole in the upper left corner and not-so-slim bezzles. Especially the one on the bottom. Then Realme 9i has a 6.6 inch IPS LCD panel with a 90 Hertz refresh rate. You can set the refresh rate to 60 Hertz or choose the granular auto-refresh rate. Unfortunately, games will be stuck at 60 Hertz. This LCD has a Full HD resolution, nice contrast, and good levels of brightness with a max of 480 nits. You can comfortably (kinda) use this phone outside. Color accuracy isn’t the best though since whites and grays have a bluish tint. There is Dragontrail Pro Glass protection present on this display.
